Virtual programming in seniors' residences

The POP Museum offers two virtual tours, with animation, for seniors’ residences: Hang on tight! A suprising look at Quebec culture and a visit to the Old Prison of Trois-Rivières.

Each virtual tour takes about 1 hour at a cost of $180 + taxes. One. Facilitator is on-line to tour and answer questions. Hardware required: internet connection, good size screen, speaker and microphone and Teams software.

Discover our permanent exhibition from the comfort of your home, thanks to new technologies! You will virtually enter the exhibition, as if you were there. A fun tour, designed to foster pride in being Quebecers and discover what makes us unique! Eight themes: song, tales and legends, gastronomy, our relationship with winter, our love of hockey, the contribution of the First Nations, the particularity of our language and the ingenuity of our languages and the ingenuity of our patentees. A remote facilitator will describe it to you and you will be able to ask questions. A great opportunity to rekindle memories!

Enter the Old Prison of Trois-Rivières virtually and let yourself be told the story of this prison closed in 1986 and classified as a heritage building. A guide will take you, remotely, through the different sectors to help you discover life in this prison dating back to 1822.
